67P Survival and reproductive outcomes of patients with malignant ovarian germ cell tumors, a retrospective analysis from a tertiary care center in India

Malignant ovarian germ cell tumors [MOGCT]are rare cancers occurring in young girls the childbearing age groups. Even advanced stages long term survival rates can be achieved with conservative fertility sparing surgery and chemotherapy. This is a retrospective study of patients diagnosed MOGCT between 2013- 2017. Data 172 eligible were retrieved from electronic medical records. Clinico-pathologic features, treatment details recorded analysis was performed. Reproductive outcomes terms percentage having successful pregnancy outcome after also analyzed. The median 23 years (range 10-68). Sixty three (36.6%) had dysgerminoma, 35 (20.3%) immature teratoma, 30 (17.4%) mixed tumors, 36 (20.9%) yolk sac 8 (4.7%) mature teratoma somatic malignancy. FIGO stage distribution as follows: I, 104(60.4%); II, 4 (2.3%); III, 49 (28.6%); IV, 15 (8.7%). Fertility-sparing performed 136 (79%) patients. Chemotherapy (adjuvant ors neoadjuvant) received by 122 13 EP, 106 BEP 3 (somatic transformation teratoma) Paclitaxel carboplatin. In disease (stage IV) neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) 52 performed, 41 whom NACT. Febrile neutropenia seen 34 (27.8%) Any grade bleomycin induced lung toxicity 22 (12.7%) resulting omission same subsequent cycles. At follow-up 56 months, progression-free (PFS) 47 months overall (OS) 55 months. 117 resumed menstruation completion 18 successfully conceived out which using vitro fertilization method. Patients presenting offered no detriment oncological outcome.
